As I said, you are technically correct. Us suburbanites consider everything north of Mississippi and east of Quebec the ghetto. South of Mississippi is becoming a Muslim area. There is a huge mosque on Parker road. MLK blvd runs through a mostly black neighborhood. The area provided a lot of Lexus owners who paid their bills, and we got along splendidly.
Mississippi? Yikes! That is way south of where I grew up.
I see that several neighborhoods have been built on old Stapleton property. All black I presume.
Just zoomed in on the house I grew up in. Amazing! Big Maple tree in front is gone, big Elm in back is gone, Elderberries all gone, Junipers in front all gone. Looks like a big trash pile in the backyard of the house next door. Oh, well, everything changes.
