I agree jobs would help but I wonder who is going to employ them. Under-educated, drug addled and murderous by culture. Jobs may be a solution but I doubt the outcome. The black community has devolved into an underclass that does not value the opportunities offered to them for forty years. By eschewing education and chasing the dollar through drugs while only satisfying their base instincts. I am not sure but I think that the community itself is lost.

People should have to work for any government benefits. It would be better if they were kept busy in factories, even if their output was useless to begin with. A percentage of them would decide to develop some skills and move up. It would be a better role model if children saw people working to get what they need and want. The point would be that they'd be off the streets and there would be a connection between getting stuff and having earned it.

The work ethic cannot be restored without work.
