I must be one of the few locals who has never stepped inside Orioles Park at Camden Yards. I was never an Orioles fan - never had any affinity to Baltimore until I went to Loyola for undergrad.
For the record, I think that playing a Major League baseball games to empty stands is an outrage.
If you can't provide for the safety of the spectators, postpone the game. It's very early in the season - there are plenty of opportunities to make up the games.
