Hello Ma...how are you tonight?
I had a great day. EGPWS took me out for an early birthday dinner today. He has to work Friday, so today was a better option than tomorrow as he goes to bed really early on his first of the week work day. (He only works Friday, Saturday and Sunday).
So...he took me to longhorn steak house. We both had a prime rib steak, baked tater, I had a salad (I’m a bad girl...I’m not suppose to have greens)...he had a watermelon margarita and I had a strawberry pina colada. I nearly cut the tip off my thumb and I still can’t get it to quit bleeding...I’m on blood thinners so it’s not a good idea for me to cut myself!
When we left the restaurant, he took me by dairy queen and got me a ice cream cake from there. He really spoiled me today! So I’m going to a good sleep with a belly full of the best meal I’ve had in a while.
Hope everyone is good! Hugs all around!

WELCOME TO THE
(where our troops, allies
and their families can refresh themselves)
Good morning, Everyone.
Good morning to our
Military, our Allies, and their families.
Thank you, Ma, for preparing the Canteen
for today's activities
Making a quick stop to check out the latest.
Have a meeting this afternoon,
which I have to prepare for,
so I'll be in lurker mode most of the day.
Come in, sit down.
Grab a cup of joe or tasty tea.
Mingle a bit, chat with the troops
or family member.
There's always plenty of conversation, silliness,
and plain old BS in the FR Canteen.
REMEMBER THEM ~ DEFENDERS OF FREEDOM
FR CANTEEN MISSION STATEMENT Showing support and boosting the morale of our military and our allied military and the family members of the above. Honoring those who have served before.

BTW, I just talked to the colonoscopy doctor. The polyp was NOT cancerous. In fact it was a very small one. They want me to come back in three years for another colonoscopy.
