It’s a pet peeve of mine—I listen for it obsessively. He uses it ALL THE TIME and has been doing so for years. I know of only ONE public man who ridicules the entire thing and that is Stossel.
I am firmly convinced that only the ignorant, (those who do not realize they must bow down to use the term) and the sniveling cowards use the term.
There really is no alternative.
This brings up an interesting point. Why aren’t blacks refering to whites as European-Americans? If everybody wants to be equal.
