I have a nephew who is Maritime Academy grad and a 3rd Mate for Maersk. Home country or flag registry does not mean much. They haul for the U.S. military. So I would assume there may be some U.S. citizen officers, if not some crew members. The good news for us is that the nephew is between assignments and is at home right now. The bad news is that his current home is in Baltimore. :-)

Baltimore’s been slowly recovering from the riots of 47 years ago, and now they have this crap to deal with. The idiot mayorette and 0bummer are on the same page: condoning and permitting it to happen, similar to the Ferguson riots. Baltimore may recover; Ferguson won’t. A long hot summer is ahead.

After all, the Obama Adm needs some time to make sure all the professional protestors can schedule it on their calendars.
Best case scenario for the obama adm is that the Balt riots continue or a new riot erupts somewhere to create a dove-tail effect.
