According to Fox News last night, he was responsible for the Baltimore policy getting tougher on the Ghetto when he was mayor.
I find it very interesting that the only networks covering the riot are Fox News and MSNBC. NBC was covering the White Hut kitchen and ABC and CBS were doing some kind of outdoor activity.
