Second time for that tactic tonight.
Have seen this to be the tactic all day long - gather up somewhere and get a large police response in clumsy riot gear, then break up into smaller raiding parties and roam out while a token force remains to 'entertain' the responding officers and keep them distracted in place. Wash, rinse, repeat.
