The actions or lack of them by city and state officials to the violent insurgency on the streets of Baltimore includes misfeasance, nonfeasance, and malfeasance. It may well include giving aid and comfort to the enemy.
In one sense the destruction of the Baltimore is its own punishment against these political officials, and the people who elected them.
So which city is next to burn?
Worked so well in Detroit that it must be good for Baltimore. Maybe Baltimore can get a bunch of mohammedans, too.
