I just find it interesting that the Baltimore PD isn’t fully equipped with riot equipment.
Watts riots were about a week and the South Central riot was a little less in length. There was a lot more property damage than Baltimore but there is still time. The police here has apparently been told “hands off”. Their presence isn’t effective.

BPD doesn’t encrypt most TG’s, only a few Narc/Vice/surveillance channels. The feed only carrys the dispatch and “C” channels. They appear to be on their primary dispatch TG’s.
