“I read posts through 33. Does anyone know HOW this thug got his back broke while in Police Custody?

That seems relevant. This question assumes of course that his back WAS broke?”

If their black police chief had any sense, he’d call in an independent agency to investigate the death. For me, it doesn’t matter whether or not the victim was a petty criminal. He did not deserve to die riding around in the back of a police van shackled but not restrained. My bet is that the cops decided to “take him for a ride to teach him a lesson.” Problem is, they managed to break his back and kill him. We can all prattle on about what a $hit hole Baltimore is ( and it most assuredly is), but if the cops can get away with this murder, none of us, no matter our skin color is immune.
But these aborigines who inhabit places like Baltimore, are too stupid to realize that they are being played by a bunch of racist black communists. American “black society” is a completely failed “society,” that would function just as well back in Black Africa in a “city” of mud huts.

Or his back was already broken before he took the ride in the wagon. They cuff a partially paralyzed man and do not restrain him during the ride. The result could be extreme, even ........fatal.
