In a not-so-very veiled threat Secretary Duncan states the Federal Government will step in if parents continue to opt their children out of Common Core testing. Arne Duncan is a pal of Obama’s from his days in Chicago when Arne wa Supt of Schools. Obozo met him at a pick up basketball game, which was something Obozo use to do to meet new men. Both of these scumbags are opportunists and each has an agenda, and both of them must fail.
