Not giving them a pass but not being from a large city I accidently got stuck near Baltimore Stadium after a game. It took hours to get out of there. It made me real happy to come home to my one-horse town.

Anyways, the game goers could have been sitting ducks for the protester/rioters if they were in the area. The traffic moves very, very slow.

I live in southern California, so I am very familiar with not being able to get around.

My issue is, there is no constitutional right to disrupt the constitutional rights of others. The police allow these anti American criminals to block streets, and freeways, and to intimidate the general public. The leniency devolves into criminal destruction of private property, and a threat to the safety of people that have no responsibility for what they are protesting against.

If these people want to peaceably assemble to protest, more power to them. The minute they begin to deny the rights of others, the police should act decisively.
