Unless the reporting of the election returns is rigged everywhere, the American people are not intelligent enough to engage in much voting.
People in MS just couldn’t say “no” to an incumbent. They haven’t done that too much. If they say “no” to an incumbent, it is saying that they were wrong, and they think they are “right”.
