After this headline on FR, the very next story is headlined, “Gunmen kill prominent female activist in Pakistan.” Sa-a-a-a-y, isn’t Melissa some sort of black female activist?
If he gets life without parole, within two years (before Obozo leaves office), some prominent American or Americans will get kidnapped by some slimeball Islamist operation and will be threatened with death unless Tsarnaev is released in a trade. And if unsuccessful, that approach will be tried over and over again.
If he's dead, there's no incentive for such shenanigans.

I worked with an engineer who sounded wonderful, if you just listened to the eloquent sound of his words. But, like this, nothing he said made any sense. I concluded he had a mental condition I’d never heard of or experienced before, a profound communications deficit. Yet, he’d done well even though he never did any worthwhile work. I was astounded at how bamboozled the rest of the company was about how smart this guy was.
Now, I have since heard many similar nonsense statements from leftists. The communications flaw must be more common than I thought.
