Not only is the family, Mom, Dad and 5 kids, to be reduced to destitution (the $135,000 fine can wipe their personal assets --- home, savings --- as well as their business) --- but it's now illegal to help them via GoFundMe.

I do not know what arguments were and were not used but you simply cannot force people to create.

If they refused to sell a product off the shelves and available to anyone that is one thing but to be forced to manufacture is another.

Has everybody forgotten the 8th Amendment to the Constitution? If that fine/punishment is not a violation, then the Amendment cannot be violated.

Amen! “Discrimination” has become a dirty word, but it wasn’t always so. It used to be a compliment, as in, “She has discriminating tastes.” In a free country, people must be free to discriminate, and the free market works it out.
