Don’t think so. Cruz loves to discuss issues— he’s inviting that discussion. I think Cruz is confident that Walker will retreat from his current posture...that’s why he’s calling him out.

We will see who retreats. This is the reason why Walker needs to stand firm and see where the GOP voters stand as well as all Americans. Cruz may be the one who will "clarify" his position. Walker is the one who is articulating Jeff Sessions' position, i.e., Becoming the Party of Work--How the GOP can help struggling Americans, and itself.
