I watched the mood on FR change (sour) on President Bush as the war got longer and tougher or he sometimes said or did something they did not like.
Yep perspective is a hard thing to keep but we need to hang on to it.
I maintain a lot on FR bought some of into the liberal mantras about GW and came up with their own variations.

Im sorry but a Republican President is the very definition of what a Republican is ....good , bad , or whatever, and I for one am proud of the President and the person GW Bush was and is.
Last, people need to remember that even the much revered Ronald Reagan angered many on the right over some things.
And in case they have forgotten Reagan actually signed an amnesty bill.
If you ask me the term RINO is way to much used. To me a RINO is a Republican politician votes mostly with the rats. Just because you don’t like someone doesn’t make them a RINO
