These subsidies are not going away. Obamacare is not going away. It is too useful for the politicians, no matter their labels. Each election from now on will be fought out on which candidate can tweak the system more favorably for his key constituencies. That is what happened in England.

I want Obamacare DEAD. But I think we have to be realistic about this. If we are successful with the Supreme Court in June there will still have to be some sort of a transition plan for those who obeyed this stupid law and signed up for Obamacare.

This is exactly what the central planners are hoping for. It's a scare tactic. There will be some disruption, but the disruption will be the reason to abandon Obamacare.

Some people will be hurt, but in the long run more people will be hurt by ObamaCare.

The Senate Republicans will usually do the exact opposite of what they promise to do.

Because most of them are Democrats in R jerseys.

Other than Vitter, Lee, Cruz and Sessions, who else is on the side of the citizens?

I think this is a legitimate fear. The Dems knew that Obamacare would be somewhat entrenched before the GOP would be able to get back in power and try to dismantle it. Now a lot of people have been forced on it and they will be pzzed if their subsidies go away all of a sudden.

At this point I think the GOP has no real way out until we elect a GOP President and put forth some kind of plan to replace Obamacare. Our old insurance system is pretty well screwed at this point. Now they will have to figure out how to reconstruct something. Something that is not so costly and privately administered.

Even the SCOTUS justices have been wondering aloud during the hearings what will happen if they just take away the state subsidies.

Its a hot mess.

That would take away Obamacare as a democrat tool in 2016. President Cruz could gut it in 2017.

The only solution is the give them a tax credit for 1 yr. as they followed the law. However, after that $0.

I have no illusions the GOP will probably go ahead and beg Ried and obama for the chance to bring AFA up again so they can vote for it and make it legal.

I am just so put out at having absolutely no representation in government-—none. Uniparty when you marginalize 40% of the population and give them no representation, demonize them and steal everything they earn you can get away with it for a while but eventually that pressure cooker of your own creation will blow and the results will be disastrous for you all eventually.

Aren’t we glad we voted for ‘conservatives’ in 2014? /s

“But wait, be sure to vote for republicans this next election so they can stick it to us again, or the nasty democrats will win and stick it to us again.”

Some idiot will come out and say that. Lots of them. In fact, they are already starting...sigh. How can we win when even our own side is so gullible.

I knew 2014 was a waste of time when Boohoo was reelected Speaker. I changed my voter reg that day.

My take as well.
