My guess is the loser will blame the drone operator and fire him/her. “No excuse for the error” will be their story.

Every time I see the human cheeto and his counterpart, Harry Reid's girlfriend in the senate, I want to hurl.

Listening to these people talk is starting to make me feel like Charlie Brown when the adults are speaking. Meaningless drivel.

For all of the times we hear of drone strikes which didn’t kill their intended targets, it’s a not just a little suspicious that this strike killed an American hostage. Drone strikes generally have a quite limited kill zone. It’s usually one missile from one drone. It doesn’t seem likely that Taliban leaders would have board of directors meetings in the same room as hostages. How do we know that the Taliban didn’t kill them, in retaliation for the drone strike?

If you kill enough hostages while you are taking out terrorists, it makes kidnapping less appealing. It’s part of a “we won’t negotiate” strategy.

The other part of Obama negotiating is, we will give you five or yours for one deserter of ours.

It's a mixed signal to say the least.

I knew the second I heard Obama “take the blame” for it, that something was up. Something is very squirrelly wrong here.

We can't win so long as collateral damage is the prime consideration.

Interesting (/snix) ) that Josh Earnest forcefully told the media that Obama “didn’t sign off on this.” There was a lot of talk about O’s “National Security Team” assessing the “protocols” of a drone attack.

Was that a signal?

Be still my beating heart.

Could it be that the Ntl Security imbecile who screwed-up the protocols that killed an American doctor...who signed off on the drone attack..... will be getting the boot?

And I do mean moron Suzan Rice.

I remember reading of American bombers sinking Jap transports which were later found to be carrying US Prisoners of War back to Japan.
Sometimes this happens. Later a survivor stated that the troops were hoping the bombs would hit the ship even though it meant their death.

Boehner should not be criticizing one of the few good things Obama has done to fight jihad. When we are in a war, killing the enemy is going to involve civilian hostages. The jihadists are going to prevail if America is unwilling to take civilian casualties.
