I happen to be listening to Howie Carr who had on Colonel Hunt, a regular on his show. It may have been the Colonel ( or a caller?, I was busy) that noted something to his effect:

Something I read or heard today indicated this was just a shot across the bow for the Clintons. -— Something to encourage Hill to step down and not run or MUCH MUCH more would come out
