You can reduce “gun violence” by disarming the people. The problem is that disarming good people leads to an increase in overall violence.
A man with his fists or a knife is more than a match for almost all women, particularly when he gets to choose the victim and the timing of the attack. A mob with tire irons and baseball bats is more than a match for one unarmed man, regardless of his physical fitness, particularly when the mob gets to choose the victim and the timing of the attack. In the interest of safety and freedom, we need to encourage more ownership of firearms and remove barriers to law-abiding citizens carrying those weapons.
As for “angry adults”, if the leftist thugs stopped trying to disarm free Americans, decent people would be a whole lot less angry.

The first gun violins I ever saw was on the old LAUGH IN TV show when comedian Dick Gregory came out with a violin case, opened it, pulled out a Thompson sub-machine gun, put the stock under his chin, pulled out the bow, and proceeded to play a violin solo on it.

Exactly! I too was an instructor. And I too know a liberal activist who leans anti-gun, and would be fully anti-gun if he didn’t inherit a little snubby .38 from his father. This guy would ask me questions about what kind of rifle could he use to shoot his neighbor’s stereo out with when the music was too loud. Or he would talk about the need to shoot W. One day he confided in me that he was so mad at a dump truck that kicked up dust on a road they both traveled that he unloaded the .38 into the fuel tank of the truck! Needless to say, I didn’t give him any advice other than to seek help. I think he died a few years back, but he was the typical libtard, projecting his own thinking on to others.
