You are right. There have been at least a dozen smaller attacks of which Fort Hood is the most memorable, especially since our dunce in the White House refused to label it as a terrorist attack.
Funny how he is quick to recall the Crusades [which were a defensive war], and the Inquisition, which was about 500 years ago. He could have added Oliver Cromwell’s persecution of the Irish - but these were all a long time ago.
Single events seem to blend together and we easily forget them but I cannot forget Theo van Gogh and the British bugler(?), his name escapes me right now- Lee Rigby?; Hacked to death on the streets of London because he was wearing a British uniform.
