I eat paleo for the most part. It works.

The best way to describe is: no bread, no pasta, no rice, no potatoes, no desserts, no starchy foods...just high protein and veggies (mostly leafy plus broccoli, cauliflower and the like).

The weight flies off and blood pressure comes down.

I break it a couple of times a month just so life is still worth living.

I forgot to mention fruits. Plenty of fruits.

Sounds almost identical to the Atkins Diet.

I call it the Al Sharpton diet: “White is not right!!!”
