They never met a conspiracy theory, etc., that they didn't LOVE.
With a perfectly straight face, they'll sit there and regurgitate the most incredibly idiotic rationale they they have heard and that THEY accept.
I don't care WHO these people are, but once I find one of them in MY sphere... we're DONE.
I will never EVER trust or respect a single one of them.
My neighbor, a TRUE Liberal, was someone I could almost endure on a superficial level until she started that crap... to this day, I react to all she says and does just as if I was dealing with a child... because in MY estimation, she has made herself completely insignificant and irrelevant.

I think its simpler than that. I’ve interviewed thousands of people over the years and I’ve come to the conclusion that there are some very gullible, naive, and just plain stupid people who want others to be the responsible people so they can have fun and platy because they are simply lazy by nature.
