I agree that legal immigration is too high. But, What also burns my butt, SD, is that Americans are so tied to their hometown that they can’t leave their minimum wage job in their Midwest town and make a decision to take a good paying job in South Dakota because it’s too far from home.
I left SD because I as an old fat man , can earn $80 thousand hauling dirty water in ND.
I applied for a job in SD.
$13 bucks an hour.
