Because they control all three branches of the federal government, the military, academia, the press, the bar, the major and minor sports leagues, the school boards and myriad other organizations too numerous to mention. Our entire nation has been STOLEN out from under us and is being ‘fundamentally transformed’ before our very eyes. And to my way of thinking, there is not a damn thing any of us can do about it. Sorry for the negativity, but there it is. Your mileage may vary.
I have only one conservative friend. He can't let his views be known because it could cost him his job, his family and probably a bunch of other things. It's amazing the destruction people close to you can do if they are liberal and you are conservative.
There is some hope. My aunt (83), a lifelong Democrat, has been unhappy with Obama. She just formally changed her registration to Republican and is becoming a fan of either Ted Cruz or Scott Walker. My brother and his wife were slammed by Obamacare and are also unhappy, but I don't know if it's enough to get them to vote Republican. There are people who are disgruntled with Obama, but in 2016, they will still vote for Hillary. They just don't learn.
The election process cannot stop them.

Here is why we put up with liberals. It is very simple. We transitioned from being a limited government republic as created by our Founding Fathers to an unlimited government mass democracy. In the beginning of our republic, only property owners were permitted to vote in federal elections and an Electoral College was also created to elect the president. I now see the wisdom of all of these policies.
Unless you attend a great school like Hillsdale College or some private Christian college or university you have to put up with them since they control all of our public schools and universities.

They are overschooled and undereducated, which leaves them unprepared for anything but a life of welfare, public employment, and activism.
There's way too much schooling and nowhere near enough education.
Because the Left completed their long march through the institutions years ago and have controlled the schools and media for at least 40 years. This has allowed them to create a whole generation of mindless narcissistic, social media obsessed Xers and Millennial who are all about “fairness” which they understand to mean you can’t be judgmental about anything the Left pushes(Christian and conservative thought need not apply). They are easily whipsawed from one liberal cause to another as seen here recently in Indiana(read the bill before commenting please). They don’t think for themselves and can’t maintain a critical thought pattern. Now they are slowly coming to positions of power and that does not bode well for the future.

The facts are correct, but the conclusions do not follow.
Regular Americans have superior numbers but to their disadvantage they have jobs and families. You cannot out-organize those who live on welfare and have many hours to devote to activism. You cannot outmuscle the bureaucrat convinced that the only environmental problem is mankind. All levels of government are filled with true believers, and short of armed insurrection you cannot win.
Armed resurrection is not necessary. What is necessary is to defund them. Cut welfare, require that people hold down real jobs. Pass right-to-work, defund the unions, especially government unions. Clean house on college campuses...eliminate lifetime tenure, require real teaching, charge higher, risk-based interest rates for student loans funding worthless degrees. Cut the headcount at all levels of government.
The battle is won without a shot being fired...but because we will have shaped the battlefield. They control the battlefield now.
Those who actually work for a living are to blame for the mess. We've enabled the behavior.
To hell with liberals!...I could not stand their crap in college and I will never understand their chaotic thinking. Its all about controlling our lives and routines. Individual freedoms means nothing to them. When the time comes I will fight them to the death!
