Walker is smart, Cruz is brilliant. Yes, and I would add with respect to Walker ‘an established doer.’Cruz is a brilliant debater and lawyer. Walker is a brilliant politician. He gutted government unions in a 50-50 swing state that hasn't voted GOP in a presidential election since Reagan's second run in 1984. And then won re-election.
