How about we make online college free, and give people degrees for little of nothing? I think cutting the financial throats of all those left wing University propaganda spreaders would yield benefits far beyond just a better education for young people. (Which it would do also.)

We need to sever the connection between Government money and academia. We also need to let market forces destroy that cadre of left wing agents. For those people who can learn with online videos, they should be able to receive credit.

This isn't rocket science. We can crank out diplomas with more efficiency and we don't have to pay left wing cranks who hate us!

The three areas with the highest rate of inflation are education, housing, and health care.

The three areas with the most government interference are education, housing, and health care.

The obvious solution to too much government is more government. It’s so obvious! /s

They should just issue everyone a doctorate degree at birth.

The fastest way to lower college costs is to drastically cut the number of college administrators and to drastically cut the salaries of faculty. Yes, I am all for reduced or free tuition.

Such a college already exists. It is called College of the Ozarks. All of the students work in a job related to their field instead of paying tuition. Almost 100% of their graduates get multiple job offers.

And, as you might guess, they don't employ useless leftwing professors teaching __xyz___ Studies or other fluff courses.

Free college.

The degree will be worth 1/100th of what is paid for it.

Sure, why not? Since the Dems FAIL at indoctrinating all kids from K-12 they need 4-5 more years to truly get their brains “right”.

I hate liberals. I really wish they’d all drop dead and rot in hell and take a few GOPe aholes with them.

So what is stopping the Democrats from creating their own colleges along the same model?

Other than the fact that their professors and devotees aren't interest in working?

Thank you for referencing that article Zakeet. Please bear in mind that the following critique is directed at the article and not at you.

"Democrats Introduce Resolution Calling For Debt-Free Public College"

FR: Never Accept the Premise of Your Opponent’s Argument

This is another 17th Amendment-related issue. The states have never delegated to the feds, expressly via the Constitution, the specific power to regulate, tax and spend for intrastate schooling purposes.

“Congress is not empowered to tax for those purposes which are within the exclusive province of the States.” —Justice John Marshall, Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.

And the Founding States had expected federal senators uniquely elected by state lawmakers to protect the interests of their states in Congress by killing unconstitutional House appropriations bills.

In this example however, corrupt members of the House are evidently trying to win votes from low-information, voting age students by relying on popularly elected senators who also want to win votes from low-information students. And these Constitution-ignoring senators are working in cahoots with crook representatives to buy votes from students using stolen state revenues.

The problem is that voting age students go back to their dormitories after voting for their favorite federal senators and watch football, oblivious to the major problem that their corrupt senators are working in cahoots with the corrupt House to pass unconstitutional appropriations bills in order to use stolen state revenues to buy votes from students.

The 17th Amendment needs to disappear.
