Probably all of them, since it’s the unstated party platform.
See my tagline.
I’m actually glad Cruz is the only one on the right side of this issue. It makes it very easy to convince conservatives who to coalesce around, since it is probably the most critical issue of this election.
Sadly, Cruz is for amnesty too—as long as it’s not done unilaterally by Obama.
He says he doesn’t support giving citizenship to the 20 million-plus illegals here today, but he would legalize them.
(And of course, once they were legalized, citizenship wouldn’t be far behind—and then they’d be tripled by chain migration.
The day before the primary: 0.
The day after: all.
Ted Cruz:
-End Obama’s illegal amnesty via Congress’ checks & balances. (Nov 2014)
-Defund amnesty, and refuse any nominees until rescinded. (Nov 2014)
-No path to citizenship for 1.65 million illegals in Texas. (Oct 2012)
-Give police more power to ask about immigration status. (Jun 2012)
-Boots on the ground, plus a wall. (Apr 2012)
-Triple the size of the Border Patrol. (Mar 2012)
-Strengthen border security and increase enforcement. (Jul 2011)
Walker has been trying to dance around the amnesty questions, flip - flopped and in my view he is lying to America.
While I don't really trust Walker (or any of the others) on this issue, he's ahead in my book for at least saying the right things at this point.
Seems I read somewhere that Cruz supported an increase in H1B visas by several hundred percent. Right now Cruz seems to be the best candidate to fight illegal immigration but I’m not convinced any of them are trustworthy on this issue
Which Republican presidential candidates support amnesty?
If the GOP is determined to abandon the rule of law and our sovereignty as a nation, they’ll do it without my vote.
please read these comments. SMH
Senator Ted Cruz, on the “RIGHT” side of every issue.
