You would be correct. Congressmen had to be hauled off damn near kicking and screaming to the Ford building to see what a douche Clinton was and then it was game on for the impeachment. In the Senate, we had assholes like Scottish Law Arlen Specter who finagled a back room thing and did not do the country justice (let alone the individuals Clinton assaulted). And let us not forget the current "leadership" of the GOP in the House and Senate who remain SILENT while the world burns.
Corruption is all that can come to mind.
