You'll have to excuse the people of West Pittston, Pa., for feeling dumped on and a little crappy right about now. This, because some town's folk awoke Monday to find toilet paper and plastic littering their yards in Luzerne County.
Now, no less than the Federal Aviation Administration is investigating whether the debris came from a plane passing overhead.
WNEP-TV reports that debris fell onto several properties, including that of Tori Viccica, whose freshly mulched yard was turned into a landfill by the trash and toilet paper.

Besides the “Boeing Bombs”, it remind me of an old study done of infectious diseases of SE Europe and the scatter diagram correlated quite nicely with flight paths originating in those LDCs and the dumping of waste from airplanes at the time.
Seems that I recall hearing something along those lines.
