North Korea really hates what Cuba has done to cigars and Cuba can’t stand what they think N. Korea has done to Chinese food.
Well, I can understand North Korea's criticism of Cuba's cigar production quality slipping in Cuba. After all, when was the last time you had a bad cigar from North Korea? Then again, when was the last time you went to Havana to get a good North Korean meal of any kind consisting of anything without it containing rat meat? Hmmm... Rough call.
