Just the act of saying “Don’t call your lawyer.” is criminal............
That’s slowly taking place, with Federal and State battles going on. If the Federals call nonsense on the State this opens up avenues. Unsurprisingly, the lefties are standing as hard as they can.

It sounds like a law that ought to be mowed down by the USSC. But for the appeals to get there, will require a lot of litigation.

So your house gets raided by police, you might be in legal jeopardy, and you’re not allowed to call a lawyer. I don’t see how this could pass constitutional muster. Screw them, lawyer is called first thing after they leave the house.*

My Dad always told me if you are going to take a beat down you have two choices, fight back and dirty as you have to and make them pay as much as you can, you have to make that choice depending on the situation, with a yard full of Gestapo I choose his second option, defend yourself as best as possible and then bide your time until the herd thins and then pick the cowards off one at a time for payback.
