Standardized testing in Florida is once again on hold due to technical glitches.
The Department of Education told school districts early Monday that the testing company's servers were down. They were supposed to be back up by 8:30 a.m.

A quick search engine exploration shows all sorts of media all over the state doing likewise.
One or two reports referred to the state system as a "FAILURE". Keep in mind, this SAME FLORIDA MEDIA INDUSTRY found NO TIME to speak to citizens who were totally screwed by healthcare.gov.....and NEVER did the media refer to anything regarding Obamacare as a FAILURE.

You are correct.
The liberal/union agenda is to delegitimize ALL standardized testing, mostly because the state uses it as a measure of student performance gains, which impacts teacher pay.
