Sunshine in the summer. 10k D-3 daily in the winter. No flu shots since 1966. No flu or colds since 2006. Wife is primary school teacher. Same but no flu shots since 2009.
Never took a flu shot. Get the flu every year. 4 days of sleep and fluids.
Would rather have the flu than play Russian roulette with a vaccination. Especially with the current bunch in charge.
