The only "political solution" is to disintegrate ISIS. We were cyber-screaming for that when they were marching in a column across northern Iraq last summer.

I believe the Administration is right.
To solve those ISIS problems politically, they need to go to Raqqa as a group and talk to ISIS leaders personally. I would prefer that hey march through the city protesting before they sit down with them. That would show them! :)
