I’m pretty sure that the 12th and 22nd amendments would rule it out.

Last sentence of the Twelfth Amendment:

But no person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice-President of the United States.

Neither Bill nor Barack can run for President again. Therefore, they cannot stand for Veep either.
