“They don’t like her cuz she ain’t black.”

What in October it is revealed that she is a lesbian?

That on top of the promise of free stuff makes her a shoe in.

Literally like power mad monarchs of the past.

But the 12th amendment says that a person ineligible to be president is ineligible to be vice-president.

I believe also the 12th amendment reads that electors can’t vote for a president and vice presidential candidate who are both from the same state as themselves. In that case, New York’s electors couldn’t vote for both Bill and HIllary, even if Bill somehow could be elected vice president in spite of the 22nd amendment.

Unless, of course, Bill and Hillary gave up the fiction that they are one big happy family and set up separate residences in different states. The word I’ve heard is that Bill and HIllary have lived separate lives for many years.

They make being grand parents look nasty. Especially “the bent one.”

But Obama and Clinton are NOT ineligible to BE President, they are ineligible to BE ELECTED to the Presidency.

The 22nd Amendment is a restriction on the 538 Electors for President of the United States, nothing more.

Obama could “run”, he could appear on the ballots of all states that list candidates by name, and millons of Americans could vote for Electors pledged to him.

The 22nd would simply void any electoral votes naming Obama as President.

It doesn’t say anything else. It would have been easy (and smart) to draft the 22nd to say, “no person having served...shall be, after his service, eligible to the office...”, which would bar the VP slot as well, but that’s not what the amendment says.

so then, it comes back to whether the Clintons or Obama, or anyone else, would try to work around these restrictions. It’s hard to put anything past the Obama/Clinton political cabals.

Yes.

I tend to believe that people like the Clintons and the Obamas were not on the minds of the authors of the 22nd Amendment.

But, but, I saw a picture once of her and Bill leaving church services and he was carrying a Bible in his hand...so she must be a religious person, right? Right?

Maybe the media is afraid to cross here because she takes names and is vindictive to the point of having her “enemies” killed.

Put simply: Hillary shows no sign that she is actually possessed of the vast intelligence and talent that has been ascribed to her by other Leftists.

Oh, nonsense.

The current slightly negative media on Hillary!® serves two purposes:

1) It's taking place now so that in 16 months -- when it actually matters -- the media's slobbering Hillary!® coverage can be excused by claiming "We did many, many negative stories on her. Just look it up. No vast left-wing media conspiracy here."

and

2) It's a warning to her that she isn't visibly leftist enough to suit their agenda, so she either needs to move left or the stories about O'Malley and Liawatha will start heating up enough to draw one of them into a windmill joust.

Hillary!®'s sell-by-date could be a full decade later than it is, and given the absolute weakness of the 'Rat's bench they'll still be shoving her down our throats when the time to cut nuts rolls around.

Last sentence of the Twelfth Amendment:

But no person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice-President of the United States.

Neither Bill nor Barack can run for President again. Therefore, they cannot stand for Veep either.

Read the last sentence of Amendment Twelve:

But no person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice-President of the United States..

A person rendered ineligible by Amendment 22 for President is also rendered ineligible for VP by Amendment 12.

I just thought of this. Another reason the Obamas don’t want her is that the she would bring in her own people to the WH if elected. Their goals aren’t dissimilar but a homegrown Dem empty suit who the Obamas prepackaged would get them closest to 8 more years of the same. Valerie Jarrett and her ilk could hang around as long as they want, or the Obamas need them there.

No. He isn’t. It’s not just Amendment 22 that applies, Amendment 12 is also in play.

The difference?

He could pretend to be nice, clean, articulate, plus he could fake being a moderate with a certain amount of believablitity.
