This is by far the best description of what happened at the oral argument of the case about enjoining El Commandante Obola's immigration EO. Read it carefully. Looks like Judge Hanen's decision ma be sustained.

I know I'm paranoid but it also looked like SCOTUS was going to rule against Obamacare. :-(

Even if it is sustained, Obama won’t let the justice system and congress impede him. How many legions do they have? He is El Jefe Grande and does what he wants.
