I’m talking about all of them: Iranians, Saudis, Blackwater Security, the governments of Kuwait, Qatar, Brunei, and Oman (all of them major donors), Sunni and Shi’ite tribal leaders in the Middle East, leaders of warring factions in Libya, Egypt, Syria, etc., etc., etc.
