My exact thought after reading the headline. On the other hand, it could increase. Who knows. But, if by some circumstance I was living in a ghetto slum, I know I'd have weapons all over the house for self defense.
Best defense against the ghetto is distance. Ghettoes are the way they are because all the good people left.
