You misuse the term 'chance'. When it is 100%, it is more correctly called 'certainty'.

By your logic, we could never fight ANYONE, since there is always a chance that the justification for fighting any enemy could eventually be used to fight us.

So I ask again, who do we fight? And when?

As troubling as this is, it is the inevitable result of an immigration system that makes no distinction between friend and foe, no consideration of an applicant's compatibility with our society; and moral relativism holding that our society is not worth demanding that all comers assimilate.
