What happened is the incapability of the American people to think and to understand morality.
I don’t believe that every person in Sodom and Gomorrah was a sexual deviant. It’s my belief that, much like America today, there were many who just went along with all the evil and decided it was okay to do business and “tolerate” what they knew was pure evil. They burned right along with the evildoers. Scripture has much to say about becoming a partaker with evildoers and receiving the same punishment as they do. I think that the “tolerance” that’s being touted by a lot of Christians today will be their downfall.
