You could do something about it yourself. Go to your county clerk if he/she runs your elections, or go to your county election administrator if you have one of those, and ask how elections are held in your county regarding the security of voting machines.
You can go to your secretary of state’s website and find the election law and click on that link and read the election law yourself to see how it works in your state/county. Read how security is maintained on the machines and read how a person registers to vote - how they prove their citizenship before receiving a voter card.
Go talk to you Republican County Chairman - he is supposed to ride herd on the election administrator/county clerk to be sure your elections are fair. See if he/she is doing his/her job.
