OBAMACARE

CRUZ RATING @ A+

Cruz has demonstrated that he will go to any lengths to repeal Obamacare.

It’s comparing apples to pomegranates when you compare a Libertarian to a Conservative.

Truthfully, while I wish he could be POTUS, I think he could do a lot more, faster, and for much longer if he was appointed as a justice of the Supreme Court, replacing a liberal.

Having clear conservative dominance equates to conservatives controlling a branch of government. To a great extent, a POTUS can be neutralized by a hostile, or even indifferent congress. But a conservative SCOTUS could seriously impact a hundred years of progressivism.

To start with, they would kill Obamacare dead.

Then a major crackdown on the out of control bureaucracy.

A restoration of heterosexual only marriage.

Serious restrictions on abortion and an end of federal money for abortion and Planned Parenthood.

The list goes on and on, and whether it was a 5-4 decision or a 6-3 decision, it is just 5 or 6 votes, without all the congressional b.s.

You couldn't be more wrong, just in sheer numbers.

Measure the number of cases the Supremes hear each year against how many bill cross the POTUS desk from Congress, coupled with the Executive Orders he can sign, coupled with the how POTUS affects Foreign Policy, coupled with how POTUS actually can shape the GOP for years to come.

Not even close.

Not to mention he might appoint at least one, maybe two or even three Supreme Court justices...
