They knew about this 2 years ago and didn’t REALLY do anything about it. The saying is that nothing in politics happens by accident.
Did they (Issa and co) sit on this knowledge to maximize the damage it would do by releasing it closer to the election? Or did they sit on it to try and protect her from serious ramifications?

Everyone knows it was a gun-running operation by the CIA to ISIS/Al-Nusra in Syria via Turkey. EVERYONE. KNOWS. Congress never actually states that as fact. Congress never investigates that purpose of Benghazi. They just snipe around the edges for a little political gain here or there, when in reality, TREASON was committed by supplying our avowed enemies.
