Yeah, I meant voting immigrants - obviously, since I was talking about elections. But you are aware of legalizing illegals to vote, right?

And yeah, corporate America has sold out American workers.

But you’re not counting literally every other election variable. And especially, you’re not counting those who have refused to vote until someone like Cruz comes along - someone who is anti-RINO.

Remember the midterm victories. In my humble, dense, arrogant opinion, it’s not quite time to give up yet. To the contrary, actually.

YMMV

Actually, the percentage of those voting in Presidential elections is fairly high. It wasn't voters who didn't vote that provided Obama with the two highest vote totals in US history.

It will be interesting to see if Cruz is deemed eligible to be President under the Constitution. Does he qualify as a natural born citizen? Obama was given a pass, but I doubt that Hillary will should Cruz win the nomination.

Remember the midterm victories. In my humble, dense, arrogant opinion, it’s not quite time to give up yet. To the contrary, actually.

The turnout in the midterms is significantly lower. The Reps won big in 2010 and 2014, but they have failed to exercise their power. So what good is it having a GOP Congress if the leadership refuses to confront Obama? The Dems act like they won even if they lose. Reid declared the nuclear option when it came to confirmation of Obama's nominees. The GOP could have changed the rules in the Senate after the 2014 elections and paved the way for the elimination of Obamacare. The Dems used budget reconciliation rules to pass Obamacare.

The Reps avoid confrontation whenever possible. Boehner and McConnell are terrible leaders who lack the stomach for a fight. In many ways they are just Big Government Reps just like Bush 41 and 43. The very arrogance of Jeb Bush to think he can run for the Presidency shows the sad state of the GOP.

The GOP and Dems are just separate wings of the same party. They are bought and paid for by corporate and union interests. 2016 will be another "historic" election with the first woman President. After that it will be the first Hispanic President in 2024. Issues no longer matter. Identity politics have eclipsed the issues. We are taking on the profile of a Banana Republic. Obama rules by decree making a mockery of the Constitution. Demography is destiny.
