The Constitution places no limits on the number of terms a person may serve as vice-president; only that he fit the eligibility requirements to be president. This does mean that neither Bill Clinton nor Barack Obama can run for VP.

Our side needs to nominate someone based on what’s between their ears... not what’s between - or not between - their legs. Or the pigment that sits on their skin... or all the other stupidities that white liberal elites come up with as an excuse to ignore the reality that we need the best person to possible to run the country. A VP is a heartbeat away and must be qualified.
I can see OH, FL, VA, CO, NV, NM, IA, NH being flipped-—all were carried by GWB at least once.
Depending on who the GOP nominee is, he could even pick off a solid blue state such as WI, PA, or MI.
One thing we know, things do change.
