Actually, I was wrong. Please see the amended version:

"Good Neighbor" = Mexico = "Hey, we found an ISIS camp near your border."

"Best Friend" = Canada = "You won't find any ISIS camps here, we are at war with ISIS and the RCAF is bombing them in Syria and Iraq right now."
